Best book on Cocos2d bar none. : Learning Cocos2D: A Hands-On Guide to Building iOS Games with Cocos2D, Box2D, and Chipmunk


I've tried a incorporate of other books, that characterize how to write games for iOs, but this book is by far the best to learn real game programming.
Ray and Rod did a great job explaining everything from the basics to the more complex topics on Cocos2D.
My favorite episode is the Box2D chapter, which is 140 pages long!

All in all this book is a must have for all developers, who want to learn game programming for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch or even for the Mac platform (Cocos2D is also supported on Mac Os X).
